- Published work in the area of health systems or public health

- Collect and analyze state and national data on components of the initiative on regular basis
- Develop study / evaluation protocols and undertake and/or guide studies as needed.
- To assist the focal person for managing lab services at various levels under the initiative
- Budgeting and financial planning for the program
