National Health Mission (NHM) Uttar Pradesh (UP) has released Notification for the post of 6000 Community Health Officer (CHO-I & II). Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates. Candidates can apply through Online from 09.05.2019 at 03.00 p.m to 23.05.2019 27.05.2019 at 11.59 p.m.

Total Vacancy: 6000
Name of the post:
- Community Health Officer(CHO – I) – 2805 Posts
- Community Health Officer(CHO – II) – 3195 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be less than 35 Years. For Age Relaxation details, Candidates can refer the Official Notification.
Education Qualification:
- Candidates should have completed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) RNRM/ B.Sc Nursing from a recognized Institute/ University.
- Candidates must have registration from Uttar Pradesh State Nursing Council.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test (Phase I & Phase II).
Pay Scale: Rs.35,000/- per month
