Please note: Candidates must have registration from Uttar Pradesh State Nursing Council at the time of online submission of applications.
Note: If candidates have any query regarding the screening outcome and their status for Six-Month Bridge Program (Certificate) in Community Health Under State Health Society, NHM, Uttar Pradesh, such candidates can send their query on email ID [email protected] by or before 6:30 PM, June 8, 2019. Screening committee shall reply to the candidates’ query within three working days of receipt of the e-mail. Based on conclusion of screening committee on candidates’ queries, screening outcome remark of candidate may change.
