Name of the Post	Qualification
Manager	The candidates should possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/university and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure sector projects   The candidates should be holding analogous posts on regular basis in the pay scale of Level 8/10/11 of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department
Hindi Officer	The candidate should possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level  The candidates should be holding analogous posts on regular basis in the pay scale of pay band-2 or 3 with grade pay Rs.4600 – Rs.5400 or equivalent in the IDA pattern in the parent cadre/ department

The selected candidates will get a salary from Rs.67, 700/- to Rs.2, 08,700/- with Grade pay of Rs.6600/- for managers and Rs.15, 600/- to Rs.39, 100/- with Grade pay of Rs.5400
