Candidates must possess the following qualifications to apply for the post
- Officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or with four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern or equivalent
- Possessing a Degree/Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university or institution
- Demonstrating proficiency in legal matters relevant to infrastructure projects

NHAI Recruitment 2024 Salary
The salary range is PB-4 (Rs.37, 400-67, 000) with a Grade Pay of Rs.8, 700, which corresponds to Pay Level-13 (Rs.1, 23,100-2, 15,900) in the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC.
