NDMA Recruitment 2022 Qualification
Age Limit
Candidate maximum age limit is 50 years and for retired employees from CentralGovt., the upper agelimit shallbe 65years is needed.
Education Qualification
Senior Consultant (Fire Risk Management)
Candidate should have Graduation in Fire Engineering/ Fire Safety/ Fire Services .Desirable in Masters in Fire Engineering, Industrial Safety Management, or a Ph.D. is a preferred qualification. Candidates with Postgraduate degrees in fire engineering or related subject will be given more weightage in the process of selection.
Senior Consultant (Flood and River Erosion)
Candidate should have Master’s Degree in Geosciences, Geography, Geology, Civil Engineering, Engineering Development related fields. Desirable in Ph.D. or M.Tech in Hydrology, Computer programming with knowledge of Remote Sensing and GIS application through programming and modeling using Mike/Python/R in the water sector and related subjects with research experience.
Senior Consultant (Chemical Industrial)
Master’s degree in Industrial Safety / Chemistry or Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Desirable in Ph.D. in Chemistry or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with research experience is needed.
Senior Consultant (Information Education and Communication)
Post graduate in MassCommunication / PG Diploma in Communication or any other equivalent/ relevant degree.Desirable in Persons with M.Phil, Ph.D.additional qualifications, Researchexperience, published papers and postqualification experience in the relevantfield would be preferred. Ph.D. fromreputed university shall be given additional weightage.
Senior Consultant (Human Resources)
Master’s Degree required preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any relevant Fields. Desirable in Knowledge of employee labour laws and statutory HR compliances, Proficiency in developing andexecuting processes across the entire employment lifecycle.
NDMA Recruitment 2022 Salary
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for senior consultant is Rs. 125,000 to Rs. 175000/- per month from the respective board.
