NCDC Eligibility Criteria:

The maximum age limit for this role is 35 years old. As per Central Govt./NCDC laws, the age limit for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/OBC (other than creamy layer)/Departmental (Only NCDC Employees) candidates can be relaxed. Name of the Post	Qualification
Dy. Director	The candidates should complete Bachelor’s degree with MBA or BE/B.Tech or Post-Graduation in relevant Stream with 5 years experience.
Assistant Director	The candidates should complete Bachelor’s degree with MBA or Post-Graduation or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant or BE/B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council with 2 years experience.
Programme Officer	The candidates should complete Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks.
Senior Assistant	The candidates should complete Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks.
Junior Assistant	The candidates should complete Degree of a recognized University with knowledge of computers.

NCDC Salary and application Fee:

According to the 7th CPC, the salaries for the positions are Level-4, 6,7,10, and 11 in the salary matrix. Candidates must pay the application fee through the online application portal’s payment gateway. The application fee for the posts of Dy. Director and Assistant Director is Rs. 1200/- each, while the application fee for the posts of Programme Officer, Senior Assistant, and Junior Assistant is Rs. 750/- each. Candidates who apply for several positions must pay the application fee for each position separately. Ex-Servicemen, SC, ST, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities are excluded from paying application fees.

NCDC Selection Process:

• Candidates for the positions of Deputy Director and Assistant Director will be called for an interview based on their success in the CBT. They will, however, be permitted to appear for the interview only after producing documents proving their age, qualification, experience, caste, and category, among other things.  The combined merit of both the CBT and the interview will be used to select candidates for the positions of Dy. Director and Assistant Director.
• The performance in the CBT and the personal interview will be weighted in an 80:20 ratio. The merit in the CBT will be used to choose candidates for the role of Programme Officer. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification in support of their age, education, experience, caste, rank, and other factors based on their performance in the CBT. For the positions of Sr. Assistant and Jr. Assistant, applicants who have been shortlisted based on their results in the CBT will be called for a test to determine their computer skills, as well as documentation proving their age, education, experience, caste, category, and so on.
