• This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
• The candidates should be a GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level.
• They should be a supporting the development and execution of comprehensive federal financial policies and controls integral to the management of operations and Auditing theory.
• They should work with senior level managers and external stakeholders/customers to address and resolve financial management problems and issues.

NASA Job Duties:

• Advise senior management (e.g., Chief Information Officer [CIO], Authorizing Official [AO]) on risk levels and security posture.
• Candidates should promote awareness of security issues among management and ensure sound security principles are reflected in the organization’s vision, goals, and security measures.
• Make sure that timely and accurate execution of accounting and financial analysis functions, verifying that the Continuous Monitoring Program is monitored, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Represents the Center as a member of the Agency Financial Steering Group and in attending the Executive Round Table meetings, providing input and recommendations to the Center CFO on various Agency accounting decisions.
• They should perform the full range of supervisor duties that includes establishing performance expectations, evaluating performance, and developing employees.
• Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
