NALCO Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:

NALCO Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed Degree or Equivalent in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation (Restricted / Unrestricted).
- The candidates should have a wide exposure of entire operation of drilling & blasting of Coal Mines including transport of explosive and its use inside Mines, experience of discharging duties assigned as per the code of practices framed under Mines Act, Mines Rule, Coal Mine regulations, Indian Explosive Rule or orders made there under.

NALCO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
- Shortlisting will be done based on the information/ declaration submitted by the candidate at the time of submission of online application. In case any false declaration is found during the verification of documents / experience at the time of Personal Interview, candidate will not be allowed to appear the interview and no TA will be paid.
- The eligible candidates will be called post wise, category wise in the ratio of 1:10 to appear in the selection process. The assessment will be made through Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) with the weight age of 25% and 75% respectively.
