Chief Financial Officer
Candidate should have Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 7 years of experience (preferably NBFCMicro Finance Sector), 7+ years experience in leadership positions, and Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards.
Administrator
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or B. Tech in Computer Science, 2+ years of professional experience, Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory, Experience with database technologies (SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL) and Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus.

Chief Financial Officer
- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, forecasts, and overall profitability.
- Prepare and publish quarterly and annual financial results in line with IndAS or other standards as applicable.
- Ensure various statutory and regulatory compliances and reporting thereof.
- Provide insight and recommendations for both short-term and long-term liquidity assessment, application of funds, and prudent investments.
- Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, various Committees of Board, MD, COO, and Senior Management Team.
- Discuss and finalize applicable systems and software-related data migration.
Administrator
- Knowledge in Installation and Configuration of SQL Servers (SSMS)
- Write, Troubleshoot, Modify and Enhance Complex T-SQL scripts
- Experience in resolving SQL Server blocking issues
- Expertise in Database backup, Restoration, and Disaster Recovery Plans
- Database User Management
- Configuration of SQL server agent jobs like Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of data for analysis using Linked Server, alerts, optimization of slow running queries
