- Candidates must possess a speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography (English or Hindi).
- Applicants shall Holding Analogous post on regular basis With 7 year’s regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 1400-2300/2600 as per 7th CPCI or equivalent.
