- For the post of Additional Director, the qualification is he/she worked as an officer in the same grade/pay scale under the Central/State Government and has 5 years of experience in the field of Education/Rural Development.
- For the post of Financial Adviser qualification, he/she worked as an officer holding an analogous post or Accounts Officer from the Organized Audit and Accounts Department in the grade of Rs 8,000-13,500 (pay level 10 as per 7th CPC) with 5 years of experience.
