• Candidate should holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or with two years’ regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 1800/- in the parent cadre and Possessing the qualification and experience.
• Candidate should have 12^th class pass from a recognized Board or University and One year experience in English and Hindi Copy holding of Proof reading in a Printing Press or a newspaper printing establishment and Hindi as a subject or medium of education at High school level is needed.
• Candidate should be able to type in Hindi at a speed of 30 words per minutes on computer only.
