Ministry of Law & Justices Eligibility Details 2021:
- Until applying online for the Ministry of Law & Justices Recruitment 2021, a candidate must meet all of the eligibility requirements. As a result, please double-check everything on this list. The effective age limit for election on deputation shall be 56 years as of the closing date for applicant receipt.
- The candidates should be Officers of Central Government, Holding analogous post on regular basis, Or Wash Boy / Safaiwala with five years regular service and possessing the qualifications prescribed for direct recruits, 8th standard pass from a recognized school, and two year experience as bearer or helper.
- The Departmental officers who are in the direct line of promotion shall not. Be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation / absorption. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other Organization / Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

- Any other additional duty allotted by the In-charge of the Canteen.
