Candidates should possess B.E. – Computers / Information Technology, M.S, MBA – Human Resources & 15+ years experience in functional domain of Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Payroll and SAP HR /SuccessFactors implementation /roll outs

Knowledge and experience of working with Agile methodologies

Manufacturing – Preferably Auto & Ancillary Business

Primary Skills:

1. Experience in Project management and IT delivery with good knowledge on the Emerging technologies – AI, ML, NLP, IOT etc.

2.Expertise knowledge in the domain of Human Resources, Industrial Relationships, Payroll and its integrations with other modules.

3.Should have intensive knowledge of SAP HR, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors and other HR Portals/Systems. Should have good knowledge of system integrations, middlewares, robotic process automations

4. Should demonstrate high level of confidentiality while handling the organization or any employee’s private information

Critical Experiences

Managing a large team of consultants and business associates, Major end to end SAP Implementations, Upgrades preferably S/4 Hana.

Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to handle multiple HR/ER/Payroll projects.
