Instructions to the candidates:

• Private candidates should submit with their applications two clear recent copies of passport size photographs. The actual size (excluding the margin of the photo) furnished should be 3½” x 2½” showing the bust of the candidate. Each copy of the photo print should have 1” MARGIN at the top and 1½” width at the bottom. The signature of the candidate must be affixed along the margin at the top and that of the certifying Officer with seal should be along the margin at the bottom.
• One copy of the photograph should be pasted in the space marked in the application form and the other should be pasted in the IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATE attached with the application.
• The candidate should sign his / her full signature along the top margin of the photocopies. The signature on the photocopies should confirm in every detail to the signature at the bottom of the application.
• Application received without the photo duly signed as per rules will not be registered.
• Each copy of the candidate’s photograph and application form should be attested by the principal of the college where the student last studied.
• Change of Centre Will Not Be Granted
