LTI Job Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Global T&A Tester who will improve overall quality of testing phases
- Minimum 4-5 years of T&A and/or Payroll project testing experience\
Quality Engineer Job Description
- Works with Global Test Lead, Regional Test Leads, and/or Country Test Leads to execute testing, mainly during E2E but possibly other phases as well, to increase efficiency to allow testing velocity beyond the original plan & create opportunities for contingency
- Guide Global Testing Pool of T&A and/or Payroll testers
- Help Local Payroll SME review test scenarios, as necessary
- Builds testing expertise in the products that can support questions & local testing question & reduce the reliance on global teams (testing, GPO’s etc..)
- Participates in Defect Triage calls to provide additional “tester” perspective
- Assists with E2E testing, Parallel testing, and/or SRT, as necessary
- Based out of ASPAC or LATAM
