- Work closely with business, product owners, project managers, researchers, designers, engineering, and quality assurance
- 12+ years of strong hands on experience in UX research, including planning, designing and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings and articulating results, UX design, including information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping.
- 4+ years of experience in leading UX accounts/ projects and team of 4-6 people
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure, InVision, Sketch, Adobe CC, and Microsoft tools
- Build prototypes to assist in user research, using low- to high-fidelity techniques and/or build design tools
- Collaborate with UX designers and researchers. Ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Have knowledge of wider industry UX trends and relevant technology trends”
