Manage Employee Onboarding &Offboarding

Onboarding:

• To organize the onboarding procedures and facilitate the new hires in every aspect
• To communicate company and job details to newly hired employees
• To schedule Company induction
• To gather necessary documentation required

Offboarding:

• To facilitate the process of formal separation through resignation, termination, retirement, transfer to parent Company
• Manage Payroll & FFS
• Liaise with the payroll team to provide necessary monthly payroll inputs
• To ensure employee who quits the company is exited in an orderly manner and co-ordinate with teams to complete the FFS on time
• Manage Employee Movements
• To handle all the system related activities of Employee movements pertaining to: –

Travel • Short-Term Travel • Deputation • Intercity Transfer

• Manage ID & Access Control
• To provide Employee ID Cards; to monitor and provide access to allocated Locations/BU
• Manage BGV
• To initiate / co-ordinate the standard Background Verification for all new joiners and Client Specific checks
• Manage MIS
• To update and maintain the operational level activities involving employee data base
• Manage System Enablement’s
• To efficiently use HR Systems for administrative and service needs
• Ticket Resolution
• To be the central source of information to employees
• Secondary Accountabilities
• Participate in Org level projects related to the area of work
• Expertise in multi-tasking and manage the stringent deadlines
• Inter-departmental support in providing resolutions/ action items/ support/ coordination wherever required by the team/department
