Eligibility Criteria
Specialist: Candidate should have completed University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Proven work experience in technical writing of software documentation required.
Senior Software Engineer: Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of work experience in providing support on web or windows based applications built in .NET and SQL required. Applicant should have experience in monitoring and supporting of services, alerts, jobs and queues.
Data Engineer: Applicants required to minimum 1 year of ETL experience with any popular ETL tool preferably redshift or Talend. Debugging skills on AWS and Autosys scheduler is required.

Specialist – Program Management Office: Candidate should have ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail. Applicant can able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. Senior Software Engineer: Candidate should have experience in using Service Now & JIRA or equivalent ticketing tool and should be aware of ITIL concepts (incident, service and problem management). Applicant should be good in troubleshooting and debugging issues. Experience in creating support documents such as run books / SOPs is required. Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain and a certification in ITIL Foundation or above will be added advantage. Good to have experience in cloud (AWS) based tools/technologies.
Data Engineer: Ability to analyze various log files and understand the underlying cause. Probable candidates should possess excellent skills in AWS and any one ETL tools. Oracle preferred along with good analytical skill. Speak through the solution with Client and provide insights in to entire chain of events and plan for resolution.
