Lamborghini Eligibility Criteria 2021:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or University degree, a background in business administration or labour law, and expertise in human resources.

Your responsibilities will focus on:

• development of professional relationships to manage personnel at Headquarter and regional level;
• support the monthly personnel reporting, based on budget;
• assist the deployment of Company rewarding guideline in order to manage performance, development and remuneration processes;
• support the application of global assignment policy and immigration policies by working closely with Group Mobility Teams at international level.
• compliance with labour contracts, laws, industrial relations;
• personnel management during employment contract lifecycle (e.g. people hiring, resignation, job rotation);
• departments support for roll-out of actions related to company social climate, Integrity & Compliance Policy.
• recruiting needs working closer with the requiring organizational units and in alignment with our Organization structure (job description, organization position, and personnel request approval);
• follow up of the recruiting pipeline as interface with the area and external partners till activation and welcome;

Personal Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
