• Project Director – 20-25 yrs of strong experience in Engineering Industry and at least 12-15 yrs in Bridge construction Project.
• Head – Safety – Relevant Experience
• Execution-In-Charge Stations (Metro) – Minimum 15 years for Degree out of which minimum 5 years for similar works.
• Head – QA / QC – Demonstrate experience in concreting (production and placement), establishment of mix designs, routine laboratory testing with durability parameters, field inspections.
• Project Manager – Metros – Minimum 20years of professional experience. Minimum 15 years of experience in planning, design, construction supervision, contract management and execution of projects [Bridges / Viaducts/ Metros / Underground Metros].
• Head – Plant & Machinery – 15+ years experience in construction industry

L & T Construction Job Role:

The candidates who will be selected for this recruitment should have the following responsibilities as their posting.

Project Director:

• Candidate must have handson in Project Management, Project Monitoring, Project Scope, Schedule, Project cost and Safety.
• Should have experience ins in Well& Pile foundations, Cable Stay bridges, River / Marine bridge constructions
• Must have proven leadership skills.
• Must have good communication skill in English and Hindi.

Head – Safety:

• Ensure construction workers are following established policies and safety regulations
• Work closely with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
• Assesses risk associated with activities and determine the control measures
• Ensure compliance with statutory SHE requirements
• Investigate and report all accidents / incidents and near misses
• Maintain requisite medical aids / firefighting equipment
• Plan and conduct Internal Safety & Health Management training programs, screening of workmen, induction to implement EHS Plan and promote awareness
• Responsible for Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for critical activities and compiling of comprehensive hazards list.

Execution-In-Charge Stations (Metro):

• Exposure to construction of Station by Bottom Up Method or Top Down Method construction, D-wall, Plunged-in Column, OTE duct Casting and associated works for UG station.
• Exposure to construction of Station by Bottom up method, Piling, Well foundations, Struss erection, Pre-tensioning and Post tensioning for Elevated Station.
• Knowledge of Architectural Finishing works is an added advantage.

Head – QA / QC:

• Thoroughness in method statements, Inspection and test plans & possess strong knowledge and interpretation of relevant applicable codes.
• Should possess strong inter and intra personal skills.
• Vendor assessments and product qualification.

Project Manager – Metros:

• Should have been Project Manager / Team Leader for a minimum of 10 years working on at least two projects.

Head – Plant & Machinery:

• Familiar with preventive maintenance, repairs planning, scheduling of equipment
• Enhancing productivity, Legal documentations[Vehicle Related]
• Should have handled 500+ Cr Project
