Education Qualification for the KGBV Recruitment:
Warden – B.A/B.SC+ B.Ed Incase of non availability of Trained Graduate, Untrained Graduate will be considered
Part Time :
Mathematics & Science B.SC+ B.Ed Incase of non availability of Trained Science Graduate, Untrained Science Graduate will be considered
English – B.A + B.Ed Incase of non availability of Trained Arts Graduate, Untrained Arts Graduate having English as Honours B.A with minimum 50% marks in English as a subject will be considered.
Accountant – B.Com with computer Knowledge
Head Cook & Asst.Cook – Trained in Cookery will be preferred. She must have the knowledge of using LPG.

Warden – Recruitment through career marking and interview by committee.
Part Time – Recruitment through career marking. The candidate must be well conversant in Odia language up to 10th Standard.
Accountant – Engagement through career evaluation, Skill Test (Written test on accounting) & Viva Voce Test on accounting and computer knowledge
Head Cook & Asst.Cook – – Cooking test will be conducted
