Kerala SET Exam Details 2020:
Therefore, all the applied candidates are advised to download their admit card(s) along with instructions and to bring admit cards in respective examination centre on the day of examination. The LBS Centre for Science & Technology has released the exam date for the Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET). The KPSC will going to conduct the Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET) examination on 29 March 2020. The candidates can download the Admit card from the KPSC Official website after it released. The candidates should appear with the Admit card for the ACF Examination. The candidates are ask to start their preparation. All the Best!!!!
Kerala SET Exam Center 2020:
Examination centers for this Kerala SET, as the case may be, shall be allotted by the LBS Centre for Science & Technology at its discretion keeping in view the number of candidates. The Examination centers/ Venue are available in the hall ticket.
Important Instruction:
Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof and submit photo copy of the photo identity proof along with Examination Admit card while attending the examination without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the Admit card (provided during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. The photo identity proof must contain exactly the same name as it appears on the admit card. In case of any discrepancy in identity i.e. mismatch in name, photograph and signature the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the examination. In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate in original CANDIDATES REPORTING LATE i.e. after the reporting time specified on the admit card for Examination will not be permitted to take the examination. The reporting time mentioned on the admit card is prior to the start time of the test including the time required for completion of various formalities such as verification and collection of various requisite documents, biometric data capture, logging in, giving of instructions.
Kerala SET 2020 Selection Process:
The result date for Kerala SET 2020 exam is yet to be announced. The students appearing for the exam will have to attain a specified cutoff percentage in order to qualify in the SET exam. There are certain requirements which will be required to select the students in the exam. Students can check for the SET 2020 cutoff and selection process here.
The selection of students for Kerala SET 2020 will be done on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance exam. Based on the score obtained by the appkerala setant, the appkerala setant will be shortlisted.
Documents Required to Obtain Kerala SET 2020 Certificate:
Qualifying students will have to send all the documents to the Director, LBS Centre, Nandavanam, and Thiruvananthapuram for the verification process. The documents which are required by the students to submit for obtaining Kerala SET 2020 certificate are:
- Hard Copy of filled in the appkerala setation form for SET-Feb-2020 downloaded from the official LBS website.
- Recognition Certificate from any of Kerala’s Universities, if appkerala setable.
- Equivalency Certificate from any of Kerala’s universities, if appkerala setable.
- A photocopy of the following documents to be attested by the Gazetted Officer:
- Provisional/Original certificate and mark sheet for B.Ed. program.
- Provisional/Original certificate and mark sheet for PG program.
- Original Caste/Medical certificate (valid as of the date) for students eligible for marks relaxation
How to Obtain Kerala SET 2020 Qualifying Certificate:
The appkerala setants will have to send the qualifying certificates within one year from the date of SET 2020 result declaration. In case of failing to do so, the appkerala setant will have to submit a late fee of INR 500/- for the next year and INR 250/- for the next subsequent years. After the verification of documents submitted by the appkerala setant, the qualifying certificate signed by the Director of General Education will be issued to the qualified students.
In case of losing the original qualifying document issued, the appkerala setant can also apply for a dupkerala setate certificate on sending an appkerala setation to the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology. The following documents are required while applying for a dupkerala setate qualifying certificate:
- A demand draft of INR 1000/- issued in favour of the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology, payable at Thiruvananthapuram from any Nationalized Bank.
- An Affidavit of worth INR 100/- stamp paper duly attested by a Notary Pubkerala set/First Class Judicial Magistrate to effect that the original document of the students has been lost along with other relevant documents
