Schools to Have Working Day Tomorrow – Onam Holidays Starts From September 2! Kerala Govt Announced!! It has been announced that all schools in Kerala will function tomorrow as a working day. On regarding this Kerala’s Public Education Department informed that the Onam holiday will start from September 2.
The government has decided to declare tomorrow as a working day for all schools as they have to complete the pending subjects before the upcoming Onam holiday. Meanwhile, the first semester examination for schools in the state will begin on August 24. After these exams, schools will be closed on 2nd September for Onam holidays and will be reopened on 12th September.
Earlier the classes for the 2022 -23 academic year in Kerala had started in the month of July. However, the education department has decided to complete the syllabus before the first semester of examination in September as schools were closed for several days due to heavy rains. Thus, tomorrow has been declared as a working day for schools.
