KEA Assistant Professor 2022 Document Verification Notification OUT!!! Details Available Here. Karnataka Examination Authority has released the guidelines for candidates appearing for Scrutiny of Original documents for Recruitment of Assistant Professors of College Education Department. Candidates appearing for verification of original documents must appear on the date fixed by the authority, candidates who do not appear on the fixed date will not be allowed for verification of documents on any other date.
All original documents submitted by the candidates must be valid by the last date fixed for application. Candidates must submit the original documents included in the notification and two Xerox copies of the original documents attested by the notarized authorities at the time of document to be presented.
Ph.D Degree Certificates will be exempted from the requisite NET/SLT/SET subject to submission of original documents for verification. Candidates should provide the documents only if they have requested the reservation in the online application, if no reservation has been requested in the online application, no reservation will be allowed at this stage.
If the information /documents submitted by the candidates are false/amended/ tampered/forged/fabricated documents, the candidates of such will be rejected without any prior notice. Candidate must personally attend for verification of document in original.
One more time for verification of original documents for candidates for any reason will not be given, and no further time will be given even to submit the affidavits.
Candidates will not be given separate information to appear for verification of original documents, candidates must compulsorily get information from the website of the authority. Scrutiny of original documents will be conducted at Karnataka Examination Authority Office, 18th cross sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore – 560 012.
