In view of the poor response to above referred Notification for submission of online Application Forms for Common Entrance Test (CET) for Engineering Courses-2021, the Board has decided to extend the last date for submission of online Application Forms for the said Courses from 06-04-2021 to 16-04-2021(mid-night).

JKCET Exam Date 2021

Jammu Kashmir Common Entrance Test 2021 exam date will be announced very soon on their official site. Candidates are advised to refer the official site simultaneously for knowing the details about the examination.

JKCET Hall ticket 2021

The Admit Cards will be available online. The candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards from the BOPEE official Websites on photo paper printed in color. The candidates will be informed through a separate notification regarding the date for downloading of admit cards. Applicants are, therefore, advised to keep themselves updated with the information on the BOPEE website.

No candidate shall be allowed to enter Examination Centre/venue without valid Admit Card in original. Admit card can be downloaded within the prescribed date to be notified by the Boardv separately. However, mere possession of admit card shall not ipso-facto confer eligibility on a candidate who is otherwise in-eligible to appear in the Entrance Test.

JKCET 2021 Exam Pattern

In this section we have mentioned details about the JKCET 2021 exam pattern:

Exam Mode: Examination will be conducted through offline (pen or paper mode) mode.

Time Duration: Total 3 hours will be given to the candidates to complete the paper.

Type of Questions: Objective type questions will be asked in the examination.

Total Questions: Total 60 questions will be asked in the question paper.

Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.

Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Centers of Examination:

• The Entrance Test shall be held at the centres as may be specified by the Board in the cities of Srinagar and Jammu only.
• Centres shall be allotted by the BOPEE and the information regarding this shall be provided to the candidates on the Admit Cards.
• The Test Centre once allotted shall not be changed under any circumstances.
• The medium of test will be English only.
• The Board shall not conduct another test in any circumstances whatsoever for those candidates who fail to appear in the test on the scheduled date/time.
