Jammu and Kashmir Rifles Recruitment 2022 Notification:
Qualification – Candidates must have completed 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University, Matriculation or equivalent, ITI Pass and Should be able to carry out all canvas, textile and leather repair and replacement of the equipment and boots.
Age Limit – Applicants do not exceeding Minimum Age Limit of 18 years to Maximum Age Limit of 25 years. The upper age limit is Ex-Servicemen candidates as per existing Govt rules in this regard (Total service rendered in Armed Forces plus 3 years). OBC (Non creamy layer) candidates will be given age relaxation up to 3 years.
Selection Process – Merely fulfilling the basic essential qualification requirement & submission of application does not entitle an applicant to be called for written test. Screening of application on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the minimum essential qualification as prescribed in Recruitment Rules for the Grade / Post may be resorted to, to restrict the number of candidates for written test to 50 times the number of vacancies. The eligibility of the applicant will be reckoned strictly in accordance with recruitment rules for the post. No extra weightage will be given for additional/extra/higher qualification (other than those prescribed in the Recruitment Rules).

Salary Package – The Pay Level ($) for above said post is Level – 4 25500- 81100, Level – 2 19900- 63200 and Level – 1 18000- 56900 for Selected Candidates. Post is permanent subject to completion of two years probation period successfully by the individual.
