IT Firm Ending WFH For Employees – Seems To Be Regularizing Their Work Policy: Most IT firms in recent times have changed their work policy and demanded employees to come to the office for encouraging hybrid work week mode. Recently Google also called their employees for 3 day work week hybrid model. Now Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has also mandated their employees to report to the office at least three days a week.

The company also notes that the attrition rate among women employees has taken a steep decline in an average learning hour. According to the report, the average learning hours has been dropped to 82 in FY23. The average learning hours for the mid-level employees have dropped to 40 in FY23 from 50 in FY22.
This announcement may disappoint the employees as they are adopted for WFH for more than 3 years. The company has been focusing to improve this learning program; this program has been initiated to improve the factors like strategy, market need, learning models, workforce, and hiring models.
