Work from Home Comes to an End: Wipro, TCS, and Cognizant Decides to call their Employees!! Due to Covid all the IT companies are closed and also lockdown were implemented since March 2020 now the spreading of COVID come to end and the IT employees were working in home. Now the Bengaluru-based Wipro has asked the Senior Employees about the company opening. They said and also board decided to open the office on March 03, 2022.
The employees are getting ready to back to the office by March 03. In Mumbai and Pune, After 2 yrs of work from home the several IT companies employees were calling them back to the office. IT majors like Wipro, Cognizant, TCS; Infosys are open by next month.
Infosys plans to open offices in the coming 3-4 months for a large number of employees & Cognizant by April. TCS is come out with remote working policy. This policy accesses our location that is access the location of the employees who is working from home.
ET cited a company spokesperson as saying. “Beginning March 3, fully vaccinated employees who are managers and above will have the option to return to work from our India campuses, twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. We will continue to extend the work from home arrangement for other employees,” the spokesperson added.
Richard Lobo, executive vice president, head HR of Infosys said that only 96 percent of employees are working from home we planned to call 40-50 per cent of employees are likely to work from office due to COVID.
Cognizant has plans to have employees back on premise for 3 days a week starting April. All the IT Companies employees ready to come to office soon. The opening will be intimated to them. Employees must be vaccinated.
