IT Companies Aim Future Working Model; WFH Ends!!While Tata Consultancy Services and HCL have chosen a hybrid model, Cognizant and Infosys have planned a phased return to work for their staff. Due to COVID count decrease all the employees are planned to call back their employees to office. IT companies such as TCS & HCL planned a hybrid model by keeping the safety and security of their employees in mind& Other IT companies like Cognizant and Infosys are planning for the employees’ phased return to the office.

TCS:

Tata Consultancy Services said in a statement earlier that the company is migrating to a hybrid form of working as the COVID situation improves around the world and now that the bulk of its associates and their families have been vaccinated. The corporation has stated, “We will be getting our personnel back to offices in the next months.”

Tata Consultancy Services, on the other hand, is encouraging its employees and associates to return to work, and senior management leaders have been working from offices on a regular basis.

The corporation went on to say that all of its offices around the world are adhering to all social distancing and COVID 19 standards, which were put in place at the start of the pandemic, and are exceedingly safe for staff to work in.

HCL Technologies:

HCL Technologies, an IT company, has previously stated that one of the company’s main concerns is the safety and well-being of its employees and their families. “We are also committed to maintaining our business routine, ensuring that our clients’ services are not disrupted.”

Infosys:

Meanwhile, IT behemoth Infosys has announced a “phased return to office,” with staff encouraged to visit the workplace in person only once or twice a week. After following phases of return to office, Infosys Executive Vice-President and Head (HR) Richard Lobo stated that the business envisions a hybrid model in which roughly 40-50 percent of employees will likely work from home.

Cognizant:

Similarly, another major firm, Cognizant, has stated that it will return to the office in stages, with the safety and health of its employees in mind.
