ISRO JRF Age Limit:

The age of the candidates should below the maximum age limit of 28 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications. However, the same is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC / ST and 3 years in case of OBC candidates. Further relaxation for eligible category students will be provided as mentioned on the notification.

ISRO JRF Educational Qualification:

• The aspirants who are willing to apply for the post of JRF are necessary to possess the educational qualification of M.Sc/ M.E/M.Tech in relevant field. Such candidates who are qualified in NET or NET equivalent examinations are only eligible to apply for JRF.
• To be eligible for the Research Associate should possess the educational qualification of P.hD, M.Tech. /M.E or equivalent. Only passed candidates are eligible to apply. Students waiting for final result are not eligible and hence need not apply.

ISRO JRF/ RA Salary:

The eligible selected candidates will get the fellowship stipend for JRF of Rs.31,000 per month. This has the possibility to be increased to ₹35,000 per month.  At the same time the RAs will be engaged initially for one year with a Fellowship of ₹ 47,000 per month and extendable for further period based on assessment.

ISRO JRF, RA Selection Process:

There will be an initial screening for the applicants that based on the academic performance and other parameters. The shortlisted candidates will be subjected to the selection process that is nothing but interview. Further details of the selection process will be intimated by the board later.
