IRCTC Vacancy 2022:
- Group General Manager (E8 level) – 01 post each for South Zone &South-Central Zone.
- NOTE: Cut-off date for age and eligibility would be reckoned as on closing date of vacancy notice.
IRCTC Job Qualification:
Rs.37400-67000 GP-8700 (6tCPC)/Level-13 (7’tCPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years’ service in 8700 GP/Level-13.
Essential: – Group ‘A’ services of Indian Railways other than IRPFS/IRHS.
Desirable: –
- Officer having IT exposure will be preferred.
- Officer having the experience of Commercial Department of Indian Railways.
The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific areas as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
IRCTC Age Limit:
Candidates should have Maximum age 55 years.
Job Description:
Zonal GGM is over all in-charge of all administrative work, business and entire functions of the zone and is responsible for implementation of all policies and procedures, etc. issued by corporate office. The post is required for smooth functioning of the Zone and also for liaisoning with Railway/Non-Railway Authorities. Note: Job/Posting may be changed as per business requirement.

Term of appointment On Deputation
Service Group ‘A’ Services of Indian Railways other then IRPFS /IRHS
Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance as applicable and all other perks and allowances applicable as per IRCTC policy. Medical Allowance (outdoor)-7% of the basic pay if opted for medical facilities of IRCTC & reimbursement of medical expenses for hospitalization. Uniform fitment allowance-7% of the basic pay. Lease/HRA at prescribed rate etc.
