IPPB Launched Whatsapp Banking Services: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) collaborated with Airtel and launched WhatsApp banking services for IPPB customers Yesterday (31.03.2023) in New Delhi. This seems to be a new initiative for their customers by managing the banking services on their mobile phones.
This news is officially announced by the CGM & CSMO of IPPB Mr.GursharanRaiBansal. For customers, this service will give a seamless connection with the bank and their service including the doorstep service request, locating the nearest post office, and more.
This service will be delivered by Airtel-IQ, a cloud communication service that provides business to other sectors in collaboration with them through voice, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. These services will be additional tech hands for the customers.
