- Detailed knowledge of the Intel/External DFT architecture and technologies.
- It is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the ASIC life cycle, execution processes, and multidisciplinary activity planning.
- For mixed signal designs, strong understanding and experience in Scan Insertion, TestKompress ATPG, Memory BIST, and JTAG at the IC level is required.
- Mentor DFT tools, Cadence RC, and simulator tools experience Define the design’s DFT strategy and requirements specifications.
- For gate-level and timing simulations, DFT verification is used.
- Work with the design team across sites to develop and execute DFT.
- DFT issue resolution, simulation debugging, ATPG DRC analysis, and coverage improvement experience.
