Infosys Slashed WFH Facility To All Employees – Plans To Create Solid Relationship: The IT companies are drastically withdrawing their work-from-home (WFH) feature to all employees to encourage employee and employer relationships amid the downturn movement of the economic conditions. Recently, Infosys the second top IT Company in India has announced that they are completely pulling back its WHF feature.
According to the report, this announcement will only apply to the employees in America and Canada Infosys units. The company has instructed their employees to come to the office for 5 days a week. Over 30,000 employees are there in both units and this news is slightly disappointing to them.

Already Infosys officials state that in WFH mode the company cannot extract complete efficiency from the employees as compared to the work from office mode and the office relationship is also a took a steep towards down. It is also anticipated that soon this will impact the Indian unit also.
As of now, Indian Infosys employees are coming to the office for three days a week. Recently Google also issued a stricter announcement for their employees to attend 3-day work in the office, but this has disappointed the employees and many of them are trolling the company with memes in internal connect.
