• They have to ensure that pilots submit all required documents for AEP on time
• Executive in Pilot Admin should track submission of documents by pilots pan India
• They have to maintain records of PV, AEP validity and transfer cases
• The selected candidates should assist in planning non-availability due AEP in AIMS
• They have to do any other job assigned by Manager – Pilot Admin or Senior Manager – Pilot Admin
