- Creating a training schedule that works with all of the necessary verticals
- Create new training masters in the LMS and assist teammates in the creation of new training programmes.
- Training documents must be kept up to date (Physical and Digital)
- Maintaining training data and being able to do various analyses on it
- Maintain numerous training-related KPIs, such as training days, pass rate, no-show rate, and so on.
- Send dashboards and reports to several verticals on a regular basis.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Assist with audits at airports, bases, and various departments.
- With LMS vendors, there is a point of contact for LMS-related concerns.
- SPOC for a variety of training providers
- Booking a plane ticket
- Instructor rosters are managed.
