Job Description:
- Ensure timely availability of components to support operations
- Ensure components required to revoke MEL are made available well within defined timeline.
- Reliability monitoring of components on quarterly basis and take up with vendor to improve reliability.
- Monitor performance of service providers and escalate to Management if performance remain unsatisfactory in two successive quarters.
- Ensure timely release of indents for IP spare parts and follow up with vendors for availability prior to aircraft EIS.
- In lieu of TAT crossed units, follow up with vendors for supply of exchange or loan units
- Ensure effective forecasting of TCI parts; accordingly liaise with vendors for availability prior to schedule replacement.
- Negotiate with vendors on repair quotes of non-contractual parts or CID parts.
