Indigo Job Description 2022:

• For various planning actions such as relocation flights, mock flights, leaves, and so on, AIMS is updated.
• All leave programmes have had their crew category / leave category contracts updated in AIMS.
• Captains and First Officers may be relocated under various administrative notices.
• In accordance with the relocation standards, close coordination with admin services for Hotel Accommodation and HHG transfers is required.
• Temporary relocation requested by Captains, First Officers, or Jr. First Officers based on various grounds, tracking of ADHOC relocation for Captains, First Officers, and JFOs
• TDY requests for Captains and First Officers, as well as data collection for availability planning, are part of the standard office days for Leadership and Management pilots.
• Privileged Leaves/Casual Leaves permission in a structured manner for under training pilots.
• Monitoring the dashboard on a regular basis and taking the necessary actions
• Coordination with OCC, training team, etc, pertaining to planning activities for smooth functioning of operation
• Expat reimbursement (SIM, Ticket, medical etc.) and coordination with finance for disposal
