Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) has released Notification for the post of Senior Principal Scientific Officer,Scientific Officer & Other Posts. Applications are invited from eligible candidates. Candidates can Apply Offline on or before 13.08.2019 (5.00 PM).

Name Of Post: Senior Principal Scientific Officer – 05, Scientific Officer – 10, Marketing Assistant – 01, Pharmacopeia Proof Reader– 02, Business & Marketing Development Officer – 01, Publication and Documentation Officer-01, Administrative Officer -01, Stenographer Grade I – 01, Hindi Translator – 01.
Education Qualification:
- Senior Principal Scientific Officer: Candidates should have completed Post Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bio-chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemistry or equivalent Associate ship diploma of the Institution of Chemists(India)/Pharmacology/Microbiology from a recognised University with Ph.D. Degree in any of the related field or Candidate with Post Graduate Degree in the relevant field having 12 year experience in the relevant field.
- Scientific Officer: Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in PharmaceuticalSciences/BioChemistry/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/ Microbiology,Chemistry or equivalent Associateship diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India)/ from a recognised University.
- Marketing Assistant : Candidates should have completed Masters’ Degree in Business Management of a recognized University/Institution or Bachelors’ Degree from a recognized University having one year of experience.
- Pharmacopeia Proof Reader: Candidates should have completed Bachelors Degree from a recognized University/Institution having two years of experience in international cooperation.
- Principal Scientific Officer: Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in Medical Sciences or Medical Microbiology or Pharmacology from a recognized University from a recognized University having 10 years of experience.
- Senior Scientific Officer: Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bio-chemistry/Biotechnology/ Chemistry or equivalent Associateship diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India)/ Pharmacology/Microbiology from a recognised University having 5 years experience.
- Scientific Officer : Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Bio-chemistry/Biotechnology/ Pharmacology/ Microbiology
Chemistry or equivalent Associate-ship diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India)/ from a recognised University having 5 years experience. - Business & Marketing Development Officer : Candidates should have completed Masters’ Degree in Business Management of a recognised University/Institution; or
Bachelors’ Degree from a recognised University with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management from a recognised University/ Institution having 3 years experience. - Publication Documentation Officer :Candidates should have completed Masters’ degree in Information /Documentation / Library Science of a recognised university/institution having 3 years experience
- Stenographer Grade I : Graduate Degree in Science, Arts or Commerce.Speed in short hand of 100 w.p.m. Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. (English).Knowledge of computer application especially MS Office and other programmes.
- Hindi Translator : Master’s degree of a recognised University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory/ elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level.
