The Candidates who have been declared successful vide this office memo no.R&E/1-7/2018 & 19/III dated 20.03.2020 & 20.04.2020 for promotion to the cadre of Postman/ Mailguard, held on 29.09.2019 and also declared Sucessful vide this memo for Promotion to the cadre of Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant are required to submit declaration either accepting promotion to the cadre of Postman/ Mailguard or Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant in the Given Profroma. Copy of declaration proforma is attached to the Official Notification. Regions/ Divisions are requested to keep such declaration in service Book/ Personal file the Candidate and send a copy of the same to CO within 11.05.2020.
