Exim Bank Recruitment Eligibility 2021:
- Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience working in HR for financial institutions or public sector banks.
- Extensive experience advising banks on human resources issues
- Knowledge and understanding of reservation rules, transfer-related guidelines, other government guidelines, and many other statutory guidelines (such as RBI, IBA, CVO, and others) that apply to FIs / Public Sector Banks
- Retired from a large Pvt. Sector Bank as GM / CGM – HR of Public Sector Banks / RBI / or comparable post.
Exim Bank Salary 2021:
The position’s compensation is negotiable. However, the package will be divided into fixed and variable components, as well as a success fee if certain milestones are met.
