IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2019 Educational Qualification
Registrar: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of „B‟ in the UGC 7 point scale. Experience: (i) 15 years of administrative experience, of which 08 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. OR (ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education.
Institute Engineer : A first class degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Civil/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, out of which at least 8 years as Executive Engineer in Civil/Electrical Works ( in GP 6600 or above).
Chief Medical Officer: MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus at least 11 years experience in a recognized hospital of which at least 05 years must be at the level of Senior Medical Officer.
Scientific Officer, Grade-II: M.E./M.Tec. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Instrumentation with a 1st class or its equivalent grade.
Executive Engineer (Civil) : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 08 years relevant experience in the pay scale of PB-3 Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (Pay level-10 in 7th CPC)
Technical Officer, Level-I (No. of posts – 02) (Postcode – 6.1/2019): M.Tech in Mechanical/Hydraulics Engineering with good IInd class or equivalent OR B.Tech. in the Mechanical Engineering with II class of its equivalent with two years relevant experience.
Technical Officer, Level-I (No. of posts – 01) (Postcode – 6.2/2019): M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with good IInd class or equivalent OR B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with good IInd class or equivalent with two years relevant experience.

Preference will be given to the candidates who have the qualification of MD/MS Degree or PG Diploma with two years experience in a recognized Hospital.
IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2019 Application Fees:
Candidates should have application fees of Rs.500 for all Categories. No application fee is required from IIT Roorkee employees, SC/ST candidates and Divyang (Persons with Disabilities) candidates & women candidates.
IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2019 Age Limit
Candidate should have an age limit of below 57yrs for Registrar, Institute Engineer and Chief Medical Officer Posts. Candidate should have an age limit of below 35yrs for Scientific Officer Grade-II, Technical Officer Level-I and General Duty Medical Officer Posts. Candidate should have an age limit of below 40yrs for Technical Officer Level-II and Executive Engineer Posts and have an age limit of below 50 yrs for Technical Officer Level-III Posts
