IIT JAM Application Form 2020 – Reopened for only J&K Candidates. IIT Kanpur has reopened JAM Application Form for candidates of Jammu and Kashmir. The window for receiving application for JAM 2020 was from September 05 to October 09, 2019. During this period, 346 candidates from J&K already registered for JAM 2020. However, as per e-mail received from MHRD, a few aspirants from J&K might not have been able to register because of unavailability of net connectivity in J&K. Keeping this in view, the JAM committee decided to open the application process for J&K candidates for a week during 22nd November to 28th November, 2019 so as to give them another chance of registration.

IIT JAM J&K Candidates Apply Online:
- Aspirants from J&K can register on JOAPS portal during 22nd November to 28th November, 2019.
- The examination city choices for any new registration during this period are fixed and cannot be changed. These are as follows:
- City 1: Jammu
- City 2: New Delhi
- City 3: Greater Noida
- Additional documents may be requested from the candidates who register during this period. In case the candidate is unable to prove that he/she belongs to J&K for residence and/or studies, his/her registration will be cancelled. There will be no refund of fee for such cases.
