Age Limit
Candidate age limit for Consultant is 70 years, for Project Scientist is 40 years, for Project Research Assistant 30 to 35 years, and for Project Technician is 28 to 33 years as on last date is mandatory to apply for ICMR Recruitment 2022.
Education Qualification and Required Experience
Consultant
Candidate should have MBBS with MD OR DNB OR PhD OR Masters degree is needed with experience in working in community-based projects especially in the field of Tuberculosis.
Project Scientist
Candidate should have 1st class master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics from a recognized university with two years’ experience in Health research (OR) 2nd class master’s degree with Ph.D. in Statistics/Biostatistics from a recognized university with Experience in working on large datasets in health sector and working on analysis for community-based projects and Experience in working on statistical software Stata/ R.
Project Research Assistant
Candidate should have Graduate in Sociology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Life Sciences from a recognized University with three years work experience in public health project / health care management from a recognized institution with three years work experience in relevant field from a recognized institution (OR)Master’s degree in Sociology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Life Sciences / Public Health / Epidemiology from a recognized university.
Project Technician
Candidate should have High School or equivalent with five year experience in related field from a Government Institution OR recognized Institute or certificate of one year training in relevant area OR ITI or National Trade Certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and Successful completion ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board.Intermediate with science subject and B.Sc shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 year experience respectively.

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Consultant is Rs.70000 to Rs.100000/- PM, for Project Scientist is Rs.48000/- PM, for Project Research Assistant is Rs.31000/- PM, and for Project Technician is Rs.17000/-pm from the respective board.
