Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with delinquent customers for collections of legitimate dues
  • Manage various channels / partners used for debt servicing
  • Ensure compliance of the laid down processes by the regulators and the bank for debt servicing
  • Provide timely feedback to superiors on the market dynamics and scenarios to enable business decisions

Deliverables:

  • Collection and debt servicing of delinquent customers for various banking products
  • Ensure collection of payments from the clients on time
  • Ensure positive customer service experience in the process of collections and ensure high standards of customer service 

Educational Qualifications:

  •  Graduate/ Post-Graduate with 2-10 years relevant work experience. 

Job Title: e-Relationship Manager

Job Description:

  • Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues through the phone banking channel
  • Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Have complete knowledge of customer base in terms of the profile, demographics and assets in the bank
  • Serve as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank
  • Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing customers
  • Providing advisory for various products offered by Banks to enhance relationship value

Key skills:

  • Ability to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing Clients
  • Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills

Assistant Relationship Manager – Capital Markets Group

Key Performance Areas: 

  • Understanding client requirements & providing appropriate credit solutions
  • Prepare and evaluate credit appraisal note for clients and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities
  • Make presentations to sanctioning committee and prepare periodic internal ratings of the clients
  • Provide superior service to enhance relationship value in existing clients

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with the HNIs, promoter and CXOs of large and medium enterprises to explore corporate banking opportunities in the area of Current Accounts, Collections & Payments, Trade & Forex and Corporate Loans.
  • To meet the overall financial revenue targets through need based product approach and making recommendations to clients on best suitable products/services (existing as well as new) as per their business requirement.
  • Co-ordinate with RMs to acquire new corporate relationships of the clients mapped.
  • Building a healthy GL book ? Current Account and Fixed deposit; building a healthy asset base Secured and unsecured loans.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  •  Appoint new DSAs in unrepresented areas to enhance business volume and market share  of the company while leading & monitoring the performance of a team
  •  Liaison and coordinate with the credit team and manage the whole gamut of tasks involved in approval and disbursal of loans; expertise in delinquency management and collection/recovery operations while implementing strategies towards enhancing business volumes and growth
  • Efficiently manage the sales and business development operations, study the elements in sales promotion plans while considering consumer preference to drive business volumes; coordinate with cross-functional departments, DSAs/DSTs for business expansion efforts

  •  Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

  • Manage Auto Loans through Car Dealers, Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales Teams
  • Empanelment of new car Dealers, DSA and DST in the market
  • Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
  • Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes
  • Manage business promotional activities with channels

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel emerging car dealers
  • Ability to put forth a strong case to the credit team and use persuasive skills to get approvals
