• Manager (Credit Life) is responsible for directly driving branch wise premium generation across varied geographies for partners.
• Manager should keep a track record of total number of logins and number of cases disbursed along with attachment percentage on month on month basis.
• They should give solutions and drive more business across locations and suggest ways to increase business at the ground level.
• Escalation handling by resolving queries raised by partners and ensuring a prompt response
• The selected candidates should conduct the initiatives for TAT to be maintained for Claims processing
