The announcement for the appointment of members to serve as observers at the examination centres for the November 2022 Chartered Accountants Examinations has been made public by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It is suggested that members be appointed to serve as observers for the next Chartered Accountants Examinations in November 2022.

Eligibility criteria for empanelment:
- He or she must not be older than 65 as of the enlistment date, which is August 25, 2022.
- His or her name should have appeared on the Register of Members as of May 1, 2020, and it still does. Neither he or she, nor any of his or her relatives or dependents, will be showing up for the upcoming Chartered Accountants Examinations for students / Post-Qualification Course Examinations in November 2022 at any testing locations in India or abroad.
- Honorarium of Rs.3,000 a day for each session, along with a daily reimbursement of Rs.350 for travel in ‘A’-class cities and $250 for travel in other cities (to cover cost of local travel). In addition, all applicable postage costs will be reimbursed. A member who meets the eligibility requirements listed above and wishes to nominate themselves for the assignment may do so online at http://observers.icaiexam.icai.org.
