ICAI CA Exam Dates May 2021 Final & Inter/Intermediate Announced: The date for the CA Final, Intermediate, and PQC exams has been announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The examinations will begin on July 5, 2021. From July 5, students enrolled in the old and new ICAI CA final and intermediate courses will be able to take the tests. Post-qualification courses (PQC), such as the Technical Examination in Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) and the International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT), will begin on July 5. The ICAI is yet to release the exact timetable.
“Chartered Accountants Intermediate (IPC) Under Old Scheme, Intermediate (IPC) Under New Scheme, Final (Under Old & New Scheme) and Post Qualification Course, viz., Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination and International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) of May 2021 Examinations shall now begin from Monday, 5th July, 2021 around the globe,” according to an official release.
It stated that “the complete Schedule / Notifications for the above mentioned Examinations will be issued shortly.” The ICAI announced it on Twitter. “ICAI Chartered Accountants Intermediate, Final, and PQC Examinations for May 2021 will now begin on Monday, July 5th, 2021,” it said.
The ICAI had already postponed CA Intermediate and Final exams due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and the hardships that students are experiencing. In May, the ICAI CA final and intermediate exams were to be held. The CA Inter exam was set to take place on May 22, while the CA Final test was set to take place on May 21.
When the CA Final and CA Intermediate exams were postponed, the institute stated that the new exam dates would be communicated at least 25 days before the exams began.
